Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange.
Eligible for Exchange
You can request an exchange if:

You receive the wrong product.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video showing the issue.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a replacement of equal value if the original item is unavailable.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any orders.
Refund requests due to the following reasons will not be accepted:

Found a lower price elsewhere

Personal preference regarding color, size, or design (unless the wrong item was sent)
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchange requests will not be accepted if:
